About Rellony
Rellony is an independent property research service, operated from Georgia. We help people taking on restaurant, cafe and takeaway premises in England check what the public record actually says about a site before they commit to it.
We are not affiliated with any UK council or government body.
How we work
Every finding in a report is tied to the public record it comes from: planning registers, premises licence registers, Companies House and The Gazette, food hygiene ratings, the Valuation Office list and the energy certificate register. Where the record is silent or unclear, we say so rather than fill the gap.
What a report is not
Rellony reports are research from public records. They are not legal, planning, licensing or surveying advice.
