Terms of service
Rellony Rescue · Version 1.0 · last updated 15 October 2026
This is version 1.0, which applies to orders made under it. The current Terms are at rellony.com/rescue/terms.
Plain-English summary (not a substitute for the terms below): Rellony Rescue is a self-help service for food businesses. Our software fills in the FSA’s own Safer food, better business pack from your answers on your device, gives you a 4-week plan, emails you for four weeks and gives you a self-check. We don’t visit you, check your work, contact your council or promise a rating. Food safety stays your responsibility. £79 in total; refunds as set out in our Refund policy.
1. Who we are
Rellony Rescue is provided by Giorgi Nonikashvili, an individual trading as Rellony, based in Tbilisi, Georgia (rescue@rellony.com) ("we", "us"). Our full postal address and other legal information are at rellony.com/legal.
2. What the service is
Rellony Rescue is a digital self-help service for food businesses in England. When you buy it, you get:
(a) your pack, in two parts: (i) your SFBB pack — the Food Standards Agency’s own Safer food, better business for caterers (the PDF the FSA publishes on GOV.UK, unaltered), whose form fields our software fills in from your answers, in your browser on your own device; and (ii) your Rescue plan, written by our software — a 4-week plan listing the gaps found in your answers (and in your council’s letter, if you tell us what it says), with actions taken from our library based on official guidance and the page of your SFBB pack each action relates to; a continuation of your cleaning schedule where it needs more rows; an allergen matrix template; a daily fridge and freezer log (optional, unless your council’s letter raises temperature records); and your council’s re-visit details where available — online and as a PDF;
(b) the programme — emails on days 3, 7, 14 and 21 after your pack is released, and a final email on day 28;
(c) the self-check — a 10-question checklist you answer yourself, a tool that makes a PDF from your own photos on your own device, and a draft re-visit request you can edit and send yourself;
(d) email support — answers, within 2 working days, to questions about using your pack, until day 35.
3. What the service is not
We do not: visit or inspect your premises or check the work you do; contact your council or act on your behalf; decide or verify allergen information; give legal advice or professional advice specific to your premises; certify, approve or assess your business — the self-check is your own checklist; speak for the Food Standards Agency or your council; or promise or predict any food hygiene rating, inspection outcome or council decision. Only your council’s officer decides your rating.
4. Business customers only
You confirm that you are buying for a food business you run or manage, and not as a consumer. We record your business name, its FSA identifier and your confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if it isn’t for a food business we can help.
5. How your order works
(a) You answer the free questions and see your free check. (b) Before paying you see what you are buying, the price and these terms, and you confirm you are buying for your business; you can go back and correct your email address or any answer before you pay. (c) You pay with PayPal. (d) We email you straight away to confirm your order, with a link to these terms that you can save or print. (e) The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. (f) We keep a record of your order and the version of these terms you accepted; you can see your order on your pack page. (g) The contract is in English. As we are both acting in the course of business, we agree that this section takes the place of the pre-order information and order-handling rules in regulations 9(1), 9(2) and 11(1)–(2) of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.
6. Your responsibilities
As the food business operator, you keep primary responsibility for food safety in your business (Regulation (EC) No 852/2004, Article 1(1)(a), as it applies in England). You agree to: answer our questions truthfully — your SFBB pack is filled in from what you tell us you do; check every page of your SFBB pack, change anything that doesn’t match your kitchen, and sign each safe method on its completion record only when it does; tick a box we left blank only once you have done what it asks; carry out the work yourself or with your own contractors; fill in allergen information from your own recipes and labels; follow your council’s instructions where they differ from the pack; and, if you tell us what your council’s letter says, tick only what it really says.
7. How the pack is made
Our software fills in your SFBB pack and builds your Rescue plan from your answers using fixed rules; no AI writes either. We tick a "Yes" in your SFBB pack only where your answers say you already do what it asks; everything else is left for you. If you tell us what your council’s letter says, each point you tick is added to your plan as you told us it. Your SFBB pack is the FSA’s material, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0: we fill in its form fields and change nothing else, and we are not responsible for its content. Parts of the Rescue plan adapt public sector information licensed under the same licence. The FSA has not endorsed Rellony, your filled-in SFBB pack or the Rescue plan. Scoring-table information describes how the FSA’s published table works, not a prediction.
8. Price, tax and payment
The price is £79 in total; we don’t add VAT or any other charge. We are not registered for UK VAT. This is a business-to-business service supplied from outside the UK: if your business belongs in the UK, any UK VAT is accounted for by you under the reverse charge where it applies to you (HMRC VAT Notice 741A, section 5). Payment is taken by PayPal at checkout.
9. Delivery and dates
We aim to release your pack within 24 hours of you finishing the questions — usually within minutes. Day 0 is the day your pack is released. The programme ends on day 28 and email support on day 35. Your Rescue plan and tools stay available for 12 months from day 0, after which we delete them; during that time you can make your filled-in SFBB pack again on your device. Your exact dates are shown in your Rescue plan.
10. If the FSA changes its pack
Your SFBB pack is made from the version of the FSA’s pack our software was built for. If the FSA changes or withdraws it so that we can’t fill it in, we’ll tell you; you can still download the FSA’s blank pack from GOV.UK and follow your Rescue plan, and we’ll update the software as soon as we reasonably can. If this happens before your pack is released, you can cancel for a full refund.
11. The free check, and when we decline
Before you pay, you see a free check based on your rating, your first answers and anything you tell us about your council’s letter. If it shows something a self-help service shouldn’t handle — a rating of 0, a formal notice or closure, a mention of illness or an allergic reaction, or a business that isn’t a caterer — we tell you who can help and don’t offer to sell. If this only comes to light after you have paid, we refund you in full.
12. Errors and corrections
If you think your pack contains an error we caused — for example it doesn’t match your answers or the letter points you ticked — tell us within 14 days of day 0. We will correct it within 2 working days of hearing from you or refund you in full (see the Refund policy).
13. Using the pack
You may use and copy your Rescue plan within your business. You may not resell it or share it as a product. Your SFBB pack is the FSA’s material, licensed by the FSA under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
14. Our liability
We prepare packs with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for decisions your council makes; for the answers, allergen information or other information you provide; for work done by you or your contractors; for the content of the FSA’s pack; or for loss of profit, revenue, business or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with each order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. What you rely on
You confirm that, in buying, you are not relying on any promise or statement about a rating, an inspection outcome or a council decision.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things we can’t reasonably control — for example GOV.UK, PayPal or email services being unavailable. If such an event stops us releasing your pack within 7 days of you finishing the questions, you can cancel for a full refund.
17. Complaints and notices
If you’re unhappy, email rescue@rellony.com; we acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 10 working days. We send notices to the email address you paid with; you send them to rescue@rellony.com.
18. Whole agreement
These terms, the Refund policy and the description you saw before you paid (including "What Rellony does — and doesn’t") are the whole agreement between us about your order.
19. General
Nobody else has any right to enforce these terms (Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999). If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version you accepted when you paid applies to your order.
20. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
